When Geeks Callout AU can resolve the problem, but you decide to call it off, we still charge you for the time. If we present and explain a clear indication of a malfunctioning or broken component, and you, as the customer, decide not to replace the component, we still charge you for the time we spent.
Can i have online remote support?
We offer online computer support through remote assistance. Many issues can be resolved efficiently over the phone. If a problem cannot be fixed remotely, our on-site engineers can be dispatched to your location within a couple of hours for personalized assistance at your convenience.
