The No Fix No Fee policy means that if Geeks Callout AU does not have the technical knowledge or abilities to solve your problem, we do not charge you anything. When Geeks Callout AU can resolve the problem, but you decide to call it off, we still charge you for the time. If we present and explain a clear indication of a malfunctioning or broken component, and you, as the customer, decide not to replace the component, we still charge you for the time we spent.
Can i have online remote support?
We offer online computer support through remote assistance. Many issues can be resolved efficiently over the phone. If a problem cannot be fixed remotely, our on-site engineers can be dispatched to your location within a couple of hours for personalized assistance at your convenience.
